The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) has been designated as the Project Executing Agency (PEA) for Supporting the Peace Process in Sudan Project; Sustainable Shelter for Internally Displaced and Conflict Affected People funded by KfW. In order to achieve effective project oversight and program delivery, NRC is seeking reputable, licensed firms capable of delivering motor vehicle rental services either directly or through a network of qualified subcontractors, in Gedaref and White Nile states for the establishment of a two-year Framework Agreement, with the possibility of extension for an additional period, subject to the satisfactory performance of the selected firm(s).

NRC Sudan will follow the Two envelope process for this procurement. Therefore, please submit your bid following the requirements detailed in the ITB.
