The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is seeking a Global MEAL Consultant to support the development of monitoring, evaluation, and learning foundations for a multi-country Shelter and Settlements programme funded through the NRK Telethon.
The consultancy will focus on supporting Country Offices to develop aligned log-frames, prioritise meaningful and measurable indicators, design practical measurement approaches and outcome monitoring toolkits, and develop an evaluation plan for the programme.
We are looking for a senior MEAL professional with strong experience in humanitarian programme design, results frameworks, and outcome monitoring, ideally with experience in shelter and settlements or related sectors.
Duration: Approx. 60 working days over 6 months
