The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) invites submissions from suppliers of creative and editorial services, including graphic design, illustration, video production, writing, editing and proofreading.

The successful bidders will be awarded a two-year Framework Agreement with NRC, with the option to extend the agreement for an additional two years, to provide consultancy services in support of NRC’s global communications work.

We welcome bids from suppliers of one or more of the following services ("Lots"):

  1. Design – reports, governing documents, presentations, feature articles
  2. Design – MS-Office package (Word, PowerPoint etc.)
  3. Design – infographics, illustrations, animation etc.
  4. Design – animation and motion graphic
  5. Design – promotional and visibility material
  6. Video production and editing
  7. Copy-editing and proofreading (English language)
  8. Writing and content editing (English language)

Suppliers are welcome to bid for as many or as few lots as they wish and may be based anywhere in the world.

All prices should be quoted by the bidder in euros. The currency of payments will be made according to the nationality of the awarded supplier and will be agreed prior to contract award.

How to submit your bid

The deadline for submissions is 18 September 2026, at 17.00 Oslo local time (UTC +2).

Any requests for clarification must be submitted to exrel.tenders@nrc.no at least three working days before the deadline for submission of tenders. NRC will reply to bidders’ questions at least two working days before the deadline for submission of tenders.

Complete sealed bid documents should be either:

  • hand-delivered at NRC Head Office at Prinsens gate 2, 0152 Oslo, Norway
  • submitted by email to exrel.tenders@nrc.no with the subject line: “Invitation to Tender for Creative and Editorial Services”. Supporting documents should be submitted through a zipped folder or online link.

Costs incurred by the bidder in preparing and submitting the tender proposals will not be reimbursed.
