NRC is inviting reputable and qualified companies and individual education consultants to submit proposals for the Child-Friendly Complaints and Feedback Mechanism Consultancy. The objective of this consultancy is to design, pilot, and finalize context-appropriate, child-friendly Complaints and Feedback Mechanism approaches and processes that can be fully integrated into NRC Syria’s national CFM system. It is essential that such approaches and processes are operationally feasible across education and youth programming. This opportunity is open to national and international applicants.
