The project shall support access to justice and basic services for over 6,000 Syrian refugees and members of the Jordanian host community.
With the funding from the Dutch MFA, NRC and JCLA will improve legal awareness, provide counselling and legal aid around the issues such as civil documentation, registration, access to basic services, labour rights and security of tenure.
Furthermore, this project will support over 4,000 youth to develop skills and provide them with pathways to gain work experience or contribute to their communities in a meaningful and positive manner.
By doing this, NRC will work to counter social and economic exclusion and sense of hopelessness that youth experience today.
