Updated 21. Aug 2019
NRC is a signatory of the International Aid Transparency Initiative (IATI) which aims to make information about international aid easier to find, use and understand. Through publishing financial and results data on IATI, NRC is committed to being accountable to our beneficiaries and stakeholders where information about our work is transparent, accessible and publicly available.

About IATI

The International Aid Transparency Initiative (IATI) is a voluntary, multi-stakeholder initiative that seeks to improve the transparency of aid, development, and humanitarian resources in order to increase their effectiveness in tackling poverty. 900 organisations from over 50 countries are engaged with IATI, either as members of the initiative or as users of the IATI data standard.

NRC, also as part of its Grand Bargain commitments (i.e., Workstream 1 Greater Transparency) is fully compliant with the requirements of two institutional donors; DFID and the Netherlands and reports manually on IATI every quarter for accountability to our beneficiaries and stakeholders and contributing to effectiveness in humanitarian operations.
