The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is seeking a qualified service provider to edit and produce three short videos on NRC's global Market Analysis Training, funded by the European Union Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid Operations (DG ECHO).
The videos will show the training journey and the practical value of market analysis in humanitarian work. They will be built from existing interview and training footage, plus a short studio interview recorded by NRC in Oslo. No filming is required from the supplier.
The work includes footage selection, editing, sound and colour correction, subtitles in English, French, Spanish and Arabic, NRC branding and DG ECHO visibility. Final videos are to be delivered by 20 November 2026.
Interested providers are invited to submit their quotation in EUR, together with the documents listed in the RFQ, by email to ho.marketanalysis@nrc.no by 9 October 2026 at 12:00 Oslo time (CEST).
