The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is seeking an experienced consultant or consultancy team to design and develop a comprehensive Certification and Training Package for Psychosocial Support (PSS) Lead Trainers as part of the Together for Wellbeing 2030 (TfW30) Initiative.
Building on the globally recognised Better Learning Programme (BLP) and NRC's commitment to strengthening wellbeing in education, this assignment offers a unique opportunity to shape a scalable certification pathway that will empower partner organisations to deliver, supervise, and quality assure PSS interventions worldwide.
The consultancy will create innovative training curricula, competency-based certification frameworks, and digital-ready learning resources that will support the expansion of high-quality psychosocial support through the BLP Digital Hub and NRC's White Label Approach.
