Submission of proposals
Offers must be submitted in a sealed and stamped envelope clearly marked to the NRC offices at the above addresses or by email to: cd.tender@nrc.no, no later than 10 November 2025 at 16:00 (Goma, DRC time), with the full title or reference of the call for tenders.
No offer will be accepted after the deadline.
