NORCAP is seeking a consultant to provide a rapid analysis of the humanitarian, social and economic impacts of the escalating conflict involving the US, Israel and Iran since mid-February 2026. The assignment will assess evolving conditions and humanitarian needs in Iran, as well as the country's social protection system and its capacity to respond to the crisis.
The work will strengthen situational awareness for humanitarian and donor stakeholders by providing timely insights into emerging trends, crisis-response measures and potential entry points for complementary support. Findings will help inform preparedness, response planning and future engagement that builds on existing national systems.
