NRC is seeking a consultancy lasting 14 months (September 2025 – November 2026) to conduct applied research on integrating climate sensitivity into self-reliance and durable solutions programming in displacement contexts. The objective is to co-design, pilot, and refine a practical, context-sensitive tools and approach – including the development of NRC “markers” – that can be embedded across our response. The research will be anchored in two pilot countries and will generate tested tools, guidance, and evidence to inform NRC’s global climate-sensitive programming strategy.
