Call for Expression of Interest.
(Framework / Long-Term Agreement for Rehabilitation of Classrooms in Multiple Provinces of Iran)
The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) in Iran intends to establish a Framework / Long-Term Agreement with qualified contractors for the rehabilitation of classrooms and school facilities in the following provinces:
Tehran, Alborz, Razavi Khorasan, Markazi, Qom, Hormozgan, Sistan and Baluchestan, Kerman, and Yazd.
Interested applicants are kindly requested to submit their Letter of Intent (LoI) no later than 16:00 on 24 June 2026 with the subject line:
“Application to Participate in Framework / Long-Term Agreement for Rehabilitation of Classrooms in Multiple Provinces of Iran-8101614”
