The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is seeking qualified service providers to deliver Water Trucking Services in Idleb and Western Aleppo, Syria. For the purpose of this tender, "water trucking" refers to the transportation of water from approved sources—typically boreholes, whether privately owned or public—directly to designated settlements, camps, communities, and villages. This service aims to ensure the consistent and safe supply of potable water to vulnerable populations in areas where access to clean water is limited, in accordance with NRC's humanitarian response objectives and quality standards.
يسعى المجلس النرويجي للاجئين (NRC) إلى التعاقد مع مزودي خدمات مؤهلين لتقديم خدمات نقل المياه بالصهاريج في محافظتي إدلب وغرب حلب في سوريا. ويُقصد بمصطلح "نقل المياه" في هذا العطاء نقل المياه من مصادر معتمدة – عادةً من الآبار، سواء كانت مملوكة لأفراد أو تابعة للجهات العامة – إلى المستوطنات والمخيمات والمجتمعات والقرى المستهدفة. ويهدف هذا النشاط إلى ضمان توفير مياه شرب آمنة ومنتظمة للفئات السكانية الأكثر ضعفاً في المناطق التي تفتقر إلى مصادر مياه نظيفة، وذلك بما يتماشى مع أهداف المجلس النرويجي للاجئين ومعاييره الإنسانية في الاستجابة الطارئة.
