NRC is currently seeking reputable, licensed suppliers specialized in vehicle rental services for the provision of vehicle rental services to establish a two-year Framework Agreement to support its operations across various locations in Libya. The vehicle rental services include providing vehicles, drivers, fuel, and GPS devices.

NRC Libya will follow the Two-Envelope process for this procurement. Therefore, please submit your quotation following the requirements detailed in the ITB.
