The Norwegian Refugee Council in the Syrian Arab Republic is inviting reputable, well-established and experienced car rental firms duly registered to provide vehicle rental services on a nonexclusive framework agreement (FWA) basis for its mission in Qamishli, Raqqa Governorate and Al-Hasakeh Governorate.
Deadline for submissions is 8 February 2026.
