Provision of Health Insurance Services for National Staff in Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) Syria Office for One Year

The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) invites eligible and qualified service providers to submit bids for the provision of Health Insurance Services for National Staff in NRC Syria Office under a one-year non-exclusive Framework Agreement (FWA), with the possibility of extension for an additional year upon mutual agreement.

Scope of Service
The selected service provider shall provide comprehensive health insurance services for NRC national staff and their eligible dependents across all operational areas in Syria, including:

  • Inpatient and outpatient medical coverage
  • Emergency services
  • Additional benefits such as dental, optical, and maternity coverage

An open information session will be held on 14 April 2026 at 14:00 (Damascus Time) via Microsoft Teams. Bidders are encouraged to attend.
