INVITATION TO Request for Quotation for the Provision Consultancy Services for WASH in Emergency Learning Process (MENA Region)

NRC The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is an International Non-governmental Organisation Headquartered in Oslo, Norway. In the Middle East NRC has over 3000 staff dedicated to assisting people affected by conflict in Jordan, Syria, Lebanon, Iraq, and Palestine. Its humanitarian interventions are based upon its programming expertise in the Core Competencies of Shelter, Education, Water Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH), and Information Counselling and Legal Assistance (ICLA) to forcibly displaced people.
With funding from the German Federal Foreign Office (GFFO), NRC has implemented WASH in Emergency interventions in Palestine and Syria during 2025 and 2026. NRC intends to recruit a consultant to consolidate learnings of this project and strengthen NRC’s regional WASH in emergency capacity and coordination. This will be done through (1) the development of learning documents and (2) organization of a regional WASH in Emergency learning workshop gathering both NRC staff and WASH in Emergency regional stakeholders.

Deadline for bid submission is 20.04.2026 - 13:00 PM Amman time.

In order to avoid technical problems, please note that you can upload as many files as it is required, but the single file size is limited to 10 MB each, and it is not allowed to upload zip, rar or 7z file. Files with the same file name cannot be uploaded twice.
After successful bid submission, you will receive an e-mail confirmation from the eTB system, with the list of submitted files. If you notice that some files have not been successfully uploaded (e.g. due to the internet interruption), please submit missing file(s) again and please put MF after the company name (example: ABC company MF).
If you need to submit a revised bid before the deadline, the Company name in the eTB system should be modified by adding “2” after the Company name and the latest submission will be considered as the final bid. (Example: ABC company 2)
