The Global Supply Chain Unit (Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC)) is seeking an expert consultant, preferably, with previous NRC experience in supply chain management, to drive the rollout of its Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Tender Management System (TMS) through 2026.
The primary objective is to successfully deploy the WMS across 60 warehouses and the TMS across 10 selected Country Offices. To achieve this, the consultant will manage the full project lifecycle, from pre-rollout planning and staff training to active Go-Live coordination and post-launch tracking.
Key duties include guiding local offices on master data collection, updating training materials, and providing ongoing help desk and troubleshooting support. Candidates will be responsible for ensuring seamless system adoption and operational stability across NRC’s global network.
