Consultancy: Impact Evaluation of Psychosocial Support in Education and Research Brief on Teacher MHPSS & SEL Competencies

The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC), an international humanitarian organisation, invites eligible companies and individual consultants to submit proposals for the following consultancy assignments: 

Lot 1 – Impact Evaluation of Psychosocial Support in Education – BLP Case Study
An independent impact evaluation examining the contribution of psychosocial support to children’s psychosocial wellbeing and educational outcomes, using NRC’s Better Learning Programme (BLP) as a case study. 

Lot 2 – Research Brief on Teacher MHPSS & SEL Competencies
Development of an evidence-based research brief examining teachers’ MHPSS and Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) competencies, competency gaps, effective capacity-building approaches, teacher wellbeing and working conditions, and the development of a competency framework for assessing teacher preparedness in crisis-affected education settings in Syria.

Applicants may submit a proposal for either Lot 1, Lot 2, or both Lots. Each Lot will be evaluated and awarded separately.
