The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is seeking to establish a Framework Agreement with a network of external psychosocial service providers who can offer psychological support to NRC staff and their families.
This contract aims to provide specialized psychological support services to NRC staff working in various regions of Syria and their families, with the goal of promoting mental health and psychosocial well-being, alleviating stress associated with humanitarian work, supporting job cohesion and individual and institutional resilience through a healthy work environment, reducing psychological and professional burnout, and improving staff skills to help them be more productive and efficient while ensuring compliance with the NRC's duty of care with regard to support and follow-up.
