The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is seeking qualified service providers to design and develop an interactive, self-paced e-learning course on Type 1 Market Analysis (T1MA) Change Management. The course will support NRC Country Management Teams and Global Pooled Advisors in effectively implementing and providing guidance on T1MA.
The e-learning will be hosted on the Kaya learning platform and is expected to include approximately two hours of learning content, with interactive activities, scenarios, assessments and practical resources. The English version should be completed by 18 December 2026, with the possibility of subsequent translation into French, Arabic and Spanish.
Interested providers are invited to submit their proposals by 21 October 2026 at 23:00 UTC.
