The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC), an international humanitarian organisation, invites eligible consultancy companies/firms to submit proposals for the following consultancy assignment:
Consultancy – Market Systems Analysis (MSA) of the Construction Market for Housing Rehabilitation in Syria
The consultancy will conduct an in-depth Market Systems Analysis (MSA) of the construction market for housing rehabilitation in selected locations in Syria. The study aims to identify systemic constraints, opportunities, and potential Market Systems Development (MSD) interventions that could improve conflict- and displacement-affected households’ access to affordable, safe, and quality housing rehabilitation services and materials.
The study will assess the construction market system, including key market actors, relationships, constraints, incentives and opportunities, and provide practical recommendations for market systems programming in the housing rehabilitation sector.
