Nabni is a project that seeks to further the Building for Peace approach, which aims to support locally led reconstruction processes in conflict-impacted communities in the MENA region. Funded by BMZ through KfW, Nabni finances and supports local civil society organisations in leading processes and projects that aim to build or rehabilitate physical or social infrastructure, strengthen governance, improve access to essential services, support or create livelihoods opportunities, or reinforce social ties at the local level.
Nabni is seeking a qualified communications and multimedia consultancy firm to support the Facility in producing and disseminating high-quality communications outputs that clearly communicate its work, approaches, and impact. The assignment includes strategic and practical communications support, including written content, website and social media support, visibility materials, and the production of video and visual communication outputs for Nabni’s communication channels.
The selected firm will work closely with the Facility Management Unit, partners, donor representatives, NRC stakeholders, and other service providers to develop audience-focused communications products that improve understanding of Nabni’s work and increase its visibility and reach among internal and external audiences.
No margin of preference is applied; the Bid is open to all eligible Bidders.

Submission details
This RFQ follows a Two-Envelope process; details are outlined in the RFQ.
- Only valid registered companies are invited to apply; no sole trader submission is acceptable.
- The Bid, as well as all correspondence and documents relating to the Bid, shall be written in English.
- Offers must be submitted through the eTB system, and before the RFQ deadline expires. It will not be possible to submit your bid after the deadline or outside the eTB system.
