NORCAP is launching a tender to identify an expert consultant to provide services in the capacity of NORCAP Senior Field Support and Learning Officer position with the Global Protection Cluster.
The Global Protection Cluster (GPC) is a network of nongovernmental organizations (NGOs), international organizations and United Nations (UN) agencies, engaged in protection work in humanitarian crises including armed conflict and climate change-related disasters.
The role will be home based, for a duration of 3 months (possibility of extension).

Deadline for submission of quotations is at 19:00h Oslo time on 16 November 2025. Sole traders or companies who do not submit their quotation by this deadline will not be considered. Rolling applications will be accepted.
