The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) in the DRC invites bidders to provide bids for the selection of a company for the supply and installation of solar devices in Goma, DRC.

Deadline for submissions:
Suppliers must submit their bids by 4 p.m. on 31 October 2025 at the latest, under the following conditions:
Prepare two (02) separate envelopes:
A first sealed envelope containing the administrative bid and the technical bid, and a second sealed envelope containing the financial offer.
Place the two sealed envelopes together in a single large envelope bearing the following unique reference: (DAO No. 25/NRC/DRC/012 - Call for tenders for the supply and installation of solar devices in Goma + the lot number according to the submission area), and submit them to the NRC offices at the above address.
