Overview:

The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is an independent humanitarian organisation helping people forced to flee. We deliver high-quality aid where needs are greatest.  Today, we work in both new and protracted crises across 30 countries, where we provide camp management, food assistance, clean water, shelter, legal aid, and education.

NRC funded by the Agence Française de Développement and the Danish Cooperation is willing to assist in Implementing SRP (Sustainable Recovery Plans) Project at Hay Tamlis (Beirut), Mina (North) and Taamir (South).These activities are detailed in Section 4 of the Invitation to Bid.

Any request for clarification must be received by NRC in writing via eTB link available also in downloaded file 0_LINK TO UPLOAD BID.pdf before 08 June 2026-10:00 Beirut Local Time. NRC will reply to all registered bidders by 10 June 2026–16:00 Beirut Local Time.

SUBMISSION PROCESS

Closing date for submitting the tender is 14 June 2026 -23:30 Beirut Local Time. All bids submitted after that date will be rejected.

Manner of Submission:

NRC will follow the two envelop process for this procurement. Failure to comply with the submission instruction will lead to supplier disqualification immediately.

Technical and Financial bids have to be uploaded strictly using eTB in a separate designated field, otherwise you offer will be disqualified.

Any bid received via email or merging both financial and technical documents in one folder, will be eliminated.
