The Norwegian Refugee Council in Ukraine (NRC Ukraine) intends to procure hotel accommodation services and venue rental services for events for the NRC Ukraine and conclude a Framework Agreement for a period of up to two (2) years.
Tender opening date: 22.09.2026;
Deadline for submitting questions from Bidders: 30.09.2026, 17:00 (Kyiv time);
Deadline for submission of bids: 07.10.2026, 23:59 (Kyiv time).
The services offered must comply with all requirements specified in the Invitation to Bid (ITB) UA-CO-KYIV-ITB-2026-011.
We invite you to review the tender documentation and submit your bid.
Bids must be submitted in the prescribed format and procedure (scanned copies of all pages of the bid, either as separate .jpg files or as separate/combined .pdf files; PDF documents signed and stamped, where applicable). In addition, bidders are kindly requested to submit their proposal in an editable format (Word, TXT, etc.).
Please note that any bids received after the submission deadline will not be considered.
