Housing, Land and Property Rights of Displaced and conflict-Affected Communities in Eastern Ukraine

The assessment covers government controlled areas, non-government controlled areas, and frontline areas between the two. Research for the report was conducted between July and August 2015, with key informant interviews, focus group discussions, and case studies. The study revealed gaps across shelter and HLP issues, particularly among women and older people.
