Engage to stay and deliver - Humanitarian Access in the Central African Republic

Published 21. Sep 2015
This study was commissioned to shed light on how different stakeholders in the Central African Republic (CAR) view the conditions that either help or hinder humanitarian access to deliver aid and affected populations’ ability to access the assistance provided.

As a priority, this report seeks to better understand how these populations perceive humanitarian access problems, and the extent to which the findings are in line with access challenges identified by humanitarian actors.
