The following report explores the content and scope of any rights that Bedouin of the West Bank possess under International Humanitarian Law (IHL), International Human Rights Law (IHRL), and potentially as an indigenous people.

The report details a brief reflection on the history of Bedouin tribes in the Middle East, and southern historical Palestine in particular; the following section notes the applicability of International Humanitarian and Human Rights Law to Bedouin in the West Bank; and the final section focuses on the indigeneity of the Bedouin Palestinians of the West Bank.
