Access to land and property for displaced persons and returnees in Far North Cameroon (French)

This report commissioned by the Norwegian Refugee Council constitutes a comprehensive review of existing legislation regulating access to land and property for displaced persons and returnees as a result of Boko Haram insurgency in Far North Cameroon. The report identifies several challenges preventing access to land and property and offers recommendations. The report was funded by the EU Humanitarian Aid and UK Aid. (French)
