Mercy (22) arrived in Kenya's Kakuma in 2015, all by her own. This does not stop her from being engaged and caring, so when we met her at Women’s day, she told us: “We need a protection office for girls, a place they can go when they are going through trauma or if they are in danger from forced marriage. It needs to be somewhere they can feel safe, and with people who are skilled to know how to deal with these issues.”
