The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is an independent humanitarian organisation helping people forced to flee. We protect displaced people and support them as they build a new future.
The people of Ukraine need your help now!
We protect displaced people and support them as they build a new future. We started our relief efforts after World War Two. Today, we work in both new and protracted crises across 35 countries.
NRC works to protect the rights of displaced and vulnerable persons during crisis. We specialise in six areas: food security, education, shelter, legal assistance, camp management, and water, sanitation and hygiene.
At NORCAP, we work to better protect and empower people affected by crises and climate change. With expertise in the humanitarian, development and peacebuilding sectors, we collaborate with local, national and international partners on finding solutions to meet the needs of people at risk.

Many are at risk of missing out on school, exposing them to violence and recruitment to armed groups. We make sure that more displaced girls can return to school and receive education and protection.
You can help displaced girls get a place in school and receive protection by buying a gift for €25.
Our gift packs are examples of NRC’s work. We always use the money we collect where it is most needed.
