Donate to our Covid-19 emergency appeal

The world is in crisis. And for millions of displaced people around the world, the Covid-19 pandemic threatens to be especially damaging.

Where people live in overcrowded camps, social distancing is impossible. Where water is in short supply, it’s hard to practise good hand hygiene. Where health systems have collapsed due to conflict, there often aren’t enough hospital beds to go around.

We need your support to protect the world’s most vulnerable at the extraordinary time. Solidarity should not stop at our borders.

Stopping the virus spreading

We’re building handwashing stations and providing soap and sanitiser to help people protect themselves from the virus.

Keeping essential workers safe

We’re working hard to support essential workers in the countries where we operate, from helping to construct testing centres in Syria, to equipping street cleaners with personal protective equipment (PPE) in Yemen.

Protecting people from the long-term impact

This pandemic is much more than a health crisis. The consequences of food and job shortages may be felt for years to come. We are providing displaced families with cash assistance to keep them afloat during this desperate time.

We have over 70 years’ experience of dealing with crises in the world’s most vulnerable areas. Now we are stepping up our work to respond to the new threat of Covid-19.

Displaced people need your help. The impact of coronavirus will be devastating and far-reaching if we do not reach those who need us and reach them now.

With your help, we can fight this.
