Contract title: Supply consumables and replacement spare parts for excavator in Kirkuk
NRC is currently seeking a reputable, licensed company to supply consumables and replacement spare parts for excavators in Kirkuk. These consumables and spare parts must be delivered to the Directorate of Maintenance in Kirkuk. Moreover, all spare parts materials must be Original and approved by the joint supervisory committee between the Directorate of Maintenance of Irrigation and Earthmoving Projects and the Norwegian Refugee Council. These consumables and replacement spare parts for the excavator.
No margin of preference is applied; the Bid is open to all eligible Bidders.
Bidding will be conducted by means of the International Competitive Bidding procedure with qualification as specified in KfW’s Procurement Guidelines (“KfW Guidelines”) .

This tender is a One-Envelope process.
NRC Iraq will follow the One envelop process for this procurement. Therefore, please submit your quotation following the requirements detailed in the ITB.
