# Consultancy: Revision of the NORDEM Manual on Human Rights Monitoring and Human Rights Training

The Consultant(s) shall, in collaboration with the NORDEM programme, carry out the following duties:

- Review the NORCAP Human Rights Training.
- Provide input and suggestions on revision of the NORCAP Human Rights Training format and contents. The aim is to produce two separate training modules, one focusing on International Human Rights, and one on International Humanitarian Law, that can be combined into a 3-day training.
- Facilitate a number of Human Rights Trainings agreed between the Consultant(s) and relevant NORCAP staff.
