NRC is currently seeking reputable, licensed suppliers for the provision of Money Transfer Services to establish two years Framework Agreement to support its operations across various locations in the Republic of Iraq, including, but not limited to the Government and sub-districts of Ninawa, Dahuk, Kirkuk, Salah-Din, Anbar, Baghdad, & Basra. Details of the location and sub-district as mentioned below .
NRC has two primary services of Money Transfer Services ; “Cash to office” and “Cash distribution -To Beneficiaries & Incentives
- Lot#01: Ninawa (Hamam Al-Alil, Sinjar, Baaj, Mosul, Sinuni, Talkief)
- Lot#02: Dahuk (Summel, Zakho, Shekhan, Bardarash)
- Lot#03: Kirkuk (Kirkuk, Hawija)
- Lot#04: Salah- Din (Tuz, Sulaiman beg and Amrley)
- Lot#05: Anbar (Ramadi, Anna, Qaim, Falujah)
- Lot#06: Baghdad (Baghdad general, (Al Tarmiya and Al Abayachi)
- Lot#07: Basra (Basra City)
No margin of preference is applied; the Bid is open to all eligible Bidders.
Bidding will be conducted by means of the International Competitive Bidding procedure with qualification as specified in KfW’s Procurement Guidelines (“KfW Guidelines”)

Submission details
This Tender is a Two-Envelope process
NRC Iraq will follow the Two envelop process for this procurement. Therefore, please submit your quotation following the requirements detailed in the ITB.
Remark
- The Bid, as well as all correspondence and documents relating to the Bid shall be written in English
- Offers must be submitted through the eTB system, and before the tender deadline expires. It will not be possible to submit your bid after the deadline or outside the eTB system
