NRC Cameroon: Tender for Goods Transportation Services

The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) would like to invite competent companies to submit bids for a 1 year framework contract for the transportation of humanitarian goods to and within the South West and North West Regions of Cameroon.

The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is an independent, humanitarian, non-profit, non-governmental organisation which provides assistance, protection and durable solutions to refugees and internally displaced persons worldwide. NRC has been working in Cameroon since 2017 in Shelter, Water, Sanitation and Livelihoods.

NRC invites all eligible and qualified suppliers to submit their bids for transportation services including:

  • 5MT – 30MT vehicles.
  • English speaking drivers for routes within South West and North West Regions
  • Transportation of goods from Yaounde and Douala to Buea and Bamenda
  • Transportation of goods within the South West and North West Regions.
  • 1 year framework contract

Interested companies can request the tender documents by emailing quoting the reference: CM-BUE-2019-03. The company name and point of contact details must be included in the email. Alternatively, companies can collect the tender documents during working hours from the NRC Buea Office at Camp Sic, Buea, South-West Region, Cameroon (Call +237 691815021 for directions)

Bids may be submitted in English or French. Bids may be submitted electronically by email or delivered in a sealed envelope to the NRC Buea Office following the instructions in the tender documents.

The deadline for submission of bids is 15.00 on the 5 February 2019. Late bids will not be accepted.


The Bidder shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of his bid. NRC reserves the right to select/reject any or all bids without explanation, in part or full, as it may deem necessary.
