A critical step is the provision of training to build the required skills and knowledge in NRC logistics teams. Language inclusivity is a priority of this project, and we intend to offer our programme of trainings in English for our Middle East/Europe and Asian colleagues; Spanish for our colleagues in Latin America and French for francophone colleagues of Africa.
The programme consists of five trainings and is all delivered remotely. Two are self-paced e-learnings already translated and available in English, French and Spanish. The other three include live, virtual trainings as a significant portion of the training delivered using video-conferencing software, Teams. All these trainings have been developed and run in English, Spanish and French. We are seeking a consultant to facilitate a total of nine market analysis and monitoring trainings in English, Spanish and French.
