Consultancy: measurement & learning framework for durable solutions for refugees in Jordan

NRC Jordan is seeking a consultant(s) to lead a process to develop, test and validate a measurement and learning framework to quantitatively and qualitatively measure progress made towards the achievement of durable solutions for refugees in Jordan as well as identify and analyze barriers to achieving durable solutions, while ensuring a participatory approach.
