This report focuses on the economic aspects of displacement felt in the large-scale dispossession of Palestinians in the occupied Palestinian territory (oPt).
The analysis finds that displacement, and the threat of displacement, incurs heavy economic damage upon Palestinian households. Resources which could have been directed by Palestinian households to obtaining a higher standard of living, better employment and long-term investments have instead been spent on keeping a roof over their heads.
