Conflict-affected, access-constrained, under-served and hard-to-reach: Adaptive protection programming in Akobo, Jonglei State South Sudan.

The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) Protection from Violence team sought to mobilise an adaptive response to support civilians in Akobo in their efforts to enhance their safety and access services, despite the significant structural and contextual constraints upon conventional modalities of humanitarian assistance.
