This think piece is based on an independent review of the international protection response in the DRC conducted for the Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) in November, 2012.

It will focus on the current protection response in the DRC, identify gaps and suggest ways in which the international community, and especially the humanitarian community, can improve its protection response.
