The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) in Sudan is seeking proposals from qualified Financial Service Providers (FSPs) to provide secure and efficient cash distribution services in both Sudanese Pounds (SDG) and United States Dollars (USD) to support its operations across various regions affected by conflict and displacement.
The selected FSP will be responsible for facilitating payroll processing and general cash transfers to beneficiaries, including refugees, internally displaced persons (IDPs), and vulnerable populations. This includes both Over the Counter (OTC) and digital cash transfer services.
